Internship as a Recruiter at Framtiden

We are looking for a student in Recruitment/HR who wants to be part of our recruitment team in the spring of 2026.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a recruiter with us at Framtiden, you will help people find their dream job and companies find their next colleague! You will have a varied everyday life where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile meetings with clients, advertising and searching to interviews and contract writing. Here you will work with a variety of companies in a diverse recruitment role. The emphasis is on profiles within IT/Technology. We use competency-based recruitment methodology in our processes.

The role includes advising our clients, candidates, and consultants to ensure a professional recruitment process. We care about ensuring that our candidates, consultants, and clients are satisfied with what we deliver!

We are looking for someone who loves working towards set goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy structuring and driving your own processes while working with freedom under responsibility.

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant ongoing post-secondary education
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license (B)
